XQ114/6YC hydraulic power tongs are open-mouth type, in which the power is input by a low-speed high-torque motor and transmitted by straight spur gears, two-gear shift and jaw plate cam clamping mechanism are adopted, and a plurality of new technologies are applied. The hydraulic power tongs are provided with various types of hydraulic devices to meet the requirements of make-up and break-out of tubing threads of the sizes of φ60 (2 3/8″), φ73 (2 7/8″), φ89 (3 1/2″), φ114 (4 1/2″) in different environments and conditions.
